Personal Touch Homes were formerly Suttons Estate Agents of Nuneaton, Bedworth and Bulkington and had been established for over 25 years.  The decision to re-brand was taken in early 2007 to enable expansion into neighbouring towns and to eliminate confusion between other similarly named estate agents.  The re-branding also gave us the opportunity to refresh, modernise and to re-establish the company and reflect the more personal service provided throughout our branches.

As part of our ongoing expansion plans, we are delighted to be able to introduce Suttons Estate Agents at 8 The Borough Hinckley as part of the Personal Touch Homes group.  Being very well established and located in a pedestrianised part of the town the company has merged with the existing Personal Touch Homes in Hinckley to offer an even more superior service and attention to clients and all their property needs.  The office will benefit from a refurbishment programme again to include the latest technology and will continue with the existing professional and experienced staff from Suttons together with additional staff where required.  This is an exciting time for the company and it hopes very much that it will become a very integral part of the company organisation.

Due to the recently installed new server and networking programme it is now possible for all our offices to hold our clients property details and thus making them available throughout for prospective purchasers.  In this structure it is possible therefore to advertise properties in the Nuneaton Tribune, Hinckley Times and Coventry Evening Telegraph.  This applies not only to the residential sales side of the business but also the lettings side too thus resulting in superb area coverage.
